You do NOT need previous coal yard experience. However, you MUST have at least 2 years of construction, industrial, plant, manufacturing, yard, or other heavy labor experience and be comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding industrial environment.

This is NOT a Monday-Friday position. You will work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts , including weekends and holidays.
Day Shift:
6:00 AM-6:00 PM — 5 days on / 3 days off
Night Shift:
6:00 PM-6:00 AM — 5 nights on / 2 nights off Must be available for BOTH day and night rotations Weekend and holiday availability is required If you cannot work this rotating schedule, please do not apply. What You'll Be Doing Perform general and skilled labor duties throughout an active industrial coal yard Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, snow, dust, and other changing weather conditions Assist with various yard and site operations as assigned Perform physically demanding work throughout a 12-hour shift Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements Work around industrial equipment and active yard operations Maintain a clean and safe work area Adapt to different assignments based on daily operational needs
Requirements You MUST:
Have 2+ years of construction, industrial, manufacturing, plant, yard, or similar heavy labor experience Have a valid driver's license Have reliable transportation to the Baltimore jobsite Be able to work rotating 12-hour DAY and NIGHT shifts Be available for weekends and holidays as scheduled Be comfortable working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions Be physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform manual labor throughout a 12-hour shift Be able to follow strict industrial safety procedures and wear required PPE Have a high school diploma or GED Pre-Employment Screening Employment is contingent upon successfully completing required pre-employment screening, including: Background check Alcohol screening Hair follicle drug screening, including THC What We Offer Full-time, year-round work Overtime opportunities 12-hour shifts Opportunity to gain experience in a heavy industrial environment Potential for long-term career growth Safety-focused workplace Previous coal yard experience is NOT required.
