Diamond Materials is seeking dependable, experienced and hard-working Dozer/Loader/Excavator Operators, along with Foremen and Laborers for our Beltsville, MD project.

Loader Operators/ Excavator Operators Foremen/ Laborers Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Properly follow all Company policies and procedures for safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, or Safety Manager. If applying for Foremen, a minimum of 5+ years managing construction crews.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Ability to maintain detailed maintenance and safety records. Knowledge of equipment safety, including maintenance and storage requirements. Ability to operate equipment related to dirt moving operations. Ability to communicate daily tasks and goals to crew members. (Foremen) Knowledge of heavy highway and sitework construction. Valid Driver's License (Foremen) Previous experience in construction work or an equivalent preferred. Compensation TBD based on experience. Diamond Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
