Job Position Description:
With a 'One Team' mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Respond to emergency water damage calls (leaks, floods, pipe bursts). Extract standing water and set up professional drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers). Perform controlled demolition (removing damaged drywall, flooring, or trim). Monitor drying progress using moisture meters and thermal imaging. Maintain a clean and organized work van and equipment. Assist or lead reconstruction efforts (patch and paint, trim, baseboard, door installations, flooring installations) as needed
Requirements Valid Driver's License:
Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Drywall repair and finishing Interior and exterior painting Trim, baseboard, and door installation Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile is a plus) Light framing and carpentry Window and door repairs General home maintenance and punch-list repairs Demolition and job site preparation Material handling and job site cleanup Qualifications Residential construction or handyman experience preferred Reliable transportation is required Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctual Professional attitude with attention to detail Paid weekly Consistent work for the right candidate Opportunities for advancement and long-term employment Immediate start available
Restoration Experience:
Prior experience in water mitigation or mold remediation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics) when necessary.
Availability:
Must be willing to participate in a rotating \"on-call\" schedule for after-hours emergencies. Opportunities for overtime.
