PPM Construction, LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Worker to join our team and assist with a variety of residential and commercial construction, renovation, and repair projects. This is a hands-on position where the type of work can vary from project to project. One day may involve framing, drywall, or flooring, while another may involve roofing, concrete work, demolition, exterior repairs, or assisting with a complete renovation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with their hands, understands basic construction practices, can follow directions, and takes pride in doing the job correctly. Responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial construction, renovation, remodeling, and repair projects. Perform general carpentry, framing, drywall installation and repair, painting, flooring, roofing, and other construction-related tasks as assigned. Assist with demolition and preparation of work areas for renovation or new construction. Assist with concrete work, including preparation, forming, mixing, pouring, and finishing when required. Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials accurately. Safely operate common hand and power tools, including saws, drills, impact drivers, grinders, and other construction equipment. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project. Travel between job sites as projects require. Follow project plans, measurements, and instructions provided by supervisors. Identify problems or unexpected conditions encountered during a project and communicate them to the supervisor. Follow company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment. Work independently on assigned tasks when appropriate and alongside other crew members on larger projects. Skills & Qualifications Previous construction, remodeling, carpentry, or related hands-on experience is preferred. General knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools. Ability to safely and effectively operate common hand and power tools. Basic measuring and construction math skills. Ability to accurately use a tape measure and follow measurements and instructions. Experience with carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, roofing, concrete, masonry, or similar trades is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot problems and adapt when conditions on a job site change. Ability to follow directions while also working independently when appropriate. Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Good communication skills with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and property owners. Physically capable of performing construction work, including lifting and carrying materials, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet for extended periods. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
