Job Description
Small local Custom Home Builder located in Damascus seeking Part or Full-Time General Labor in upper Montgomery (office and yard) and Frederick and Carrol Counties (Work Sites) for all around help. Hours and Days are negotiable. Job can be structured for a high school student in a work program or college student. This is a very small family company so daily duties range greatly. Normal duties range from cleaning job sites, sweeping, picking up trash, Picking up building materials from suppliers, stacking materials, moving materials, demo, landscaping, mowing, shop organization, vehicle and equipment maintenance/washing, general site labor, material fetching, handling and tracking tools. Starting compensation will range on experience and abilities. As your value to the company increases, so will your compensation.
