General Helper/Laborer

Overview We're looking for a reliable and hardworking General Helper/Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you'll help keep projects running smoothly by supporting different tasks on the job site. It's a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn new skills in construction. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople, help prepare materials, and keep the work area clean and safe. If you're willing to learn, can handle physical work, and show up ready to contribute, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Help set up and clean up job sites Load, unload, and organize materials Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other workers Use hand and power tools safely (with guidance) Help prepare materials like concrete, framing, or scaffolding Follow instructions, plans, or basic blueprints Support demolition or other general labor tasks as needed Keep the site clean, safe, and organized Follow all safety rules and wear required protective gear Experience & Skills Construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required Basic knowledge of tools is helpful Willingness to learn and take direction Able to handle physical work and different weather conditions Team player with a strong work ethic Any experience in trades (carpentry, roofing, masonry, etc.) is a bonus This is a paid position and a great fit for someone looking to get started in construction.
