Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Laborers to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in supporting various phases of industrial construction projects, ensuring that work progresses smoothly and safely. Your hands-on contribution will help bring complex building plans to life while adhering to strict safety standards. Duties Assist with interpreting and implementing construction plans and technical drawings to support project execution Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, material transport, and equipment setup to ensure efficient workflow Support erosion control measures by installing barriers, silt fences, and other protective structures on-site Operate power tools and basic equipment repair to maintain operational readiness and safety compliance Follow all OSHA safety standards and construction workplace safety regulations diligently during daily activities Climb ladders, scaffolding, or other structures safely while adhering to climbing safety protocols and respiratory protection guidelines Support the installation of construction components and perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors Experience Prior industrial construction experience or related manual labor roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is a plus Knowledge of erosion control practices and environmental protection measures is advantageous Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment repair enhances your ability to contribute effectively Understanding of workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, ensures a safe working environment for all team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding conditions consistently Experience working with power tools, climbing structures, and using respiratory protection equipment demonstrates readiness for the role Join us if you're eager to contribute to impactful construction projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
