Whether you are an experienced construction worker or someone with a strong work ethic looking to break into the trade, we want to hear from you! We provide a supportive team environment where safety comes first. What You Will Do Prepare sites and prep the ground for high-quality asphalt paving and road construction. Shovel, rake, and level materials safely using hand tools and wheelbarrows. Move materials and equipment efficiently around the job site. Keep sites clean and maintain organized work trucks to ensure a safe environment. Team up with your coworkers to finish projects on time and to high standards. Follow safety rules and company policies to keep yourself and your crew safe. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding outdoor role.
You will need to comfortably:
