Job Description
Fox Property Maintenance is hiring a reliable Hardscape Laborer to help build patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other outdoor features. This is a full-time, year-round position with steady work and opportunities to grow. Responsibilities Assist with installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and stonework Use hand tools and small equipment safely Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean Work as part of a team and follow direction from the foreman Perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions Support general landscape tasks as needed Requirements Hardscape or landscape experience preferred, but we will train the right person Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work safely Schedule & Pay Full-time, Monday-Friday $22-$30/hr. based on experience Overtime available during peak season Year-round employment potential Benefits Paid Time Off Parental Leave Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance 401K Opportunities for advancement
