Overview We are a high-end, thoughtfully curated women's boutique dedicated to offering an intimate, elevated shopping experience. We specialize in premium contemporary designers, everyday luxury staples, fine knitwear, designer denim, and unique jewelry, accessories, gifts and vintage. We focus on slow fashion and enduring style. Our storefront is more than a retail space—it is a shopping experience where clients receive honest, personalized styling advice and discover beautifully crafted garments designed to love and last. Applicants must have luxury boutique experience Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Manage day-to-day storefront logistics, including opening/closing procedures, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, inventory receiving, tagging, steam-pressing apparel, and keeping the boutique pristine and welcoming. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our curated brands to educate clients on the value of investment peices Maintain a customer-focused mindset, engaging through product knowledge and offering styling advice Maintain a visually stunning, meticulously organized sales floor. Participate in visual merchandising, window displays and stock replenishment to reflect a cohesive aesthetic story Identify customer needs and offer tailored suggestions meeting and exceeding personal sales and building a repeat clientele Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in boutique environment Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for team collaboration
