Follow strict workplace safety standards, including OSHA safety standards, climbing safety procedures, and heavy lifting guidelines. Support the implementation of site-specific safety regulations and participate in safety meetings and inspections. Assist with the setup of construction sites, including site clearing, debris removal, and establishing safe working zones. Qualifications Proven industrial construction experience or similar manual labor roles in construction environments.. Capable of heavy lifting, climbing structures, and manual handling tasks safely. Strong understanding of the use of power tools and manual equipment in construction settings.
