Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Skilled Construction Laborer and play a vital role in bringing large-scale projects to life! This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, where your hands-on skills and safety awareness will drive project success. As a key team member, you will assist with various construction tasks, interpret technical drawings, and ensure that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Responsibilities Perform manual handling of materials, tools, and equipment to support construction activities. Operate power tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety regulations. Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. Follow strict workplace safety standards, including OSHA safety standards, climbing safety procedures, and heavy lifting guidelines. Support the implementation of site-specific safety regulations and participate in safety meetings and inspections. Assist with the setup of construction sites, including site clearing, debris removal, and establishing safe working zones. Qualifications Proven industrial construction experience or similar manual labor roles in construction environments.. Capable of heavy lifting, climbing structures, and manual handling tasks safely. Strong understanding of the use of power tools and manual equipment in construction settings. This position emphasizes active participation in all aspects of construction work while maintaining a steadfast commitment to safety and quality standards. Pay:
