General Construction Worker

Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Support carpenters, and other tradespeople in their daily tasks by handing tools and supplies Perform basic construction tasks such as mixing concrete, installing fixtures, or framing structures under supervision Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and correctly as directed by supervisors Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards or issues and report them promptly Help with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper storage and organization on-site Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is a plus but not required Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation to different job sites Embark on a rewarding journey in construction with us!
