Duties Assist in interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of project specifications Prepare construction sites by setting up scaffolding, formwork, and layout markings for concrete pouring and masonry work Operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumps efficiently and safely during various construction tasks Install rebar, metal studs, drywall, flooring, tile, stucco, plastering, roofing materials, and perform masonry work with precision Conduct concrete forming, cutting, pouring, finishing, and concrete pumping activities to achieve smooth surfaces and structural integrity Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, working at heights, handling hazardous materials, and general construction site safety regulations Support renovation and restoration projects by performing carpentry, caulking, drywall installation, metal stud framing, and other related tasks Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with a solid understanding of construction workplace safety regulations Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and other relevant equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of concrete forming techniques including formwork construction and rebar installation Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards Familiarity with masonry techniques such as bricklaying or stonework is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in interpreting construction plans and specifications Join us in building structures that stand the test of time!
