Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in site work, grading, and underground utilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, grading, and excavation work. Support installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm). Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist equipment operators and follow crew leader directions. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Follow all safety procedures and regulations. Perform general labor duties as needed.

Qualifications Experience:

1-3 years of experience in construction or site work preferred.

Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of grading and underground utilities is an asset.

Requirements:

Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor (lifting heavy materials).

Traits:

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player attitude.

License:

Pay:
