Job Description
General Laborer / Residential Construction Demo Gittleman Construction is looking for an experienced General Laborer / Demo Worker to join our residential construction team. We're looking for someone who has hands-on residential construction experience , takes pride in their work, and is ready to be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is a physical, hands-on position for someone who likes to stay busy and knows how to work hard. What You'll Do Residential demolition and tear-outs General construction labor and jobsite cleanup Loading, hauling, and moving materials Assisting carpenters, trades, and superintendents as needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Performing a variety of tasks to keep projects moving efficiently What We're Looking For Previous residential construction experience is required Reliable transportation and a dependable attendance record Strong work ethic and a willingness to stay productive throughout the day Ability to work Monday through Friday Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment Able to take direction and work well as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and committed to doing quality work Must be able to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the workday We need someone we can count on to show up, work hard, and get the job done.
