Onsite Job Description Purpose for tepary assignment:
Support collection and review of documentation related to tariff recovery claims to customers.
Minimum Position Specifications:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Advanced Excel Skills, including capability to use advanced functions like
Vlookups and Pivot Tables Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Search for required documents (CBP forms and invoices) in shared folders and work with team members to locate missing documents.
2. Review documents and confirm details align with recovery claims.
3. Update Excel templates (using Vlookups and Pivot Tables) to populate import data into customer required formats.
4. Prepare summaries of claims submitted and track recoveries (using Excel)
