What You'll Do Assist and Lead and support the day-to-day work of a 3-person crew Build high-quality residential decks from start to finish Execute advanced construction tasks (framing, measuring, cutting, assembly) Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met on every job Train and mentor Crew I and II team members Travel to residential job sites daily Maintain clean, organized, and productive job sites

Job Requirements Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license (required) Reliable personal vehicle (required) Willingness and ability to travel to residential build sites daily (required) 150 mile radius At least 3 years of experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor Preferred 1+ years of experience with carpentry, framing, and or trim.
