Construction General Laborer

We are currently seeking General Construction Laborers to join our team! This is an Entry Level Position - Growth opportunities within the company are achievable!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Effectively use hand tools or basic power tools depending on the jobsite/assignment. Perform manual labor to grade, level, and lift. Load/unloads equipment and tools.

Maintain a clean job site:

pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards. Learn to operate heavy construction equipment such as rollers. May assist with controlling traffic. Partner with crew members and foreman to ensure daily schedules/estimates are met. Other construction-related duties as required.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to use basic math. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Excellent communication skills. Reliable transportation and attendance is required.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license is required. We are looking for motivated individuals who know how to follow directions and keep busy. We will train the right hard-working applicants.

Work Environment:

Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 100 pounds).
