Job Description
Come and join one of Holland's leading manufacturing facilities of steel fabrication, robotic welding and laser cutting. This is a mid-size family owned company whose management team has over a century of combined experience in the industry. Even their hired in employees average at least 12 years on the job! With a team like this, you know you will be valued and respected. Great hire in pay with wonderful benefits! They have general labor positions doing a variety of jobs including unloading a laser, running a tapper (a machine that puts the threads in metal) and grinding/deburring parts. Packing parts in in kits, labeling/barcoding, installing fastener/hardware. Lifting sheets of metal that can be wide/ long weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. May be asked to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges This is similar to a shop floor work environment. HS diploma or GED Punctuality, reliability, work ethic Hand/eye coordination Able to lift 50 pounds Ability to read blue prints is a bonus Must wear leather work boots (steel toes NOT necessary) #INDABC
