This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with a crew, and understands the importance of safety, reliability, and getting the job done right. Our projects involve a variety of construction, concrete, restoration, and renovation work. As a Construction Laborer, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced tradespeople and gain practical experience across multiple areas of construction. What You'll Do Assist with daily job-site preparation, cleanup, material handling, and general construction activities. Set up and maintain safe work areas, including barriers, signage, and proper site organization. Safely use hand tools and power tools for cutting, drilling, assembling, demolition, and installation work. Assist with concrete work, including mixing, pouring, placing, finishing, forming, pumping, and concrete cutting. Assist with masonry and restoration work as required. Read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, measurements, and project specifications with Project Manager Assistance. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment. Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and working outdoors in varying conditions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout each project. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable construction workplace safety requirements. Work cooperatively with supervisors, skilled tradespeople, and other crew members to keep projects moving efficiently. Take direction, learn new skills, and contribute wherever needed on the job site. What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard as part of a team. Previous construction, concrete, restoration, or general labor experience is preferred. Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools. Ability to follow instructions and work safely in an active construction environment. Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and other demanding construction tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn and develop skills across different areas of construction. A valid driver's license is required.
