Job Overview We are looking for a dependable Construction Laborer to join our crew for full‑time, year‑round work. The majority of our projects are located in Port Austin and the surrounding areas. Some experience is required, and you must have strong work ethic, be reliability, and have a willingness to learn. Pay rate will depend on experience and proven reliability.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment Site cleanup and preparation Operating basic hand tools and power tools Supporting skilled trades as needed Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment Working on roofing, concrete, tiling, remodeling, and general construction projects

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Strong attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and follow direction Experience in construction is a plus but not required
