In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fences across various residential and commercial projects. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will help ensure successful project completion and satisfied clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in construction and fencing while contributing to high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare job sites by handling building materials, setting up tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Measure and mark fence lines accurately, ensuring proper alignment and height according to project specifications. Install various types of fences using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and masonry techniques as needed. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as posts, panels, concrete blocks, and other fencing components safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly during projects. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate project timelines and address any concerns promptly. Requirements Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or fence installation is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, welding, masonry, concrete forming, and landscape maintenance is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately. Physical strength and stamina for outdoor work including heavy lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods. Commitment to safety protocol adherence at all times during construction activities. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on customer service and quality workmanship. Valid driver's license preferred; ability to operate construction equipment is advantageous but not required.
