Underground Construction / Directional Drilling / Excavation Martines Bros Construction is looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our underground construction crew. We specialize in directional drilling, excavation, water/sewer work, and underground utility installation. Responsibilities Assist directional drill and excavation crews Hand digging and exposing existing utilities Site preparation and cleanup Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Assist with installing conduit, pipe, and underground utilities Operate basic construction tools and equipment Help maintain and clean company trucks, trailers, and equipment Follow jobsite and utility safety procedures Travel to different jobsites as needed Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable and able to show up on time Able to perform physical outdoor work Comfortable working around heavy equipment Willing to work longer hours when projects require it Willing to travel/out of town when necessary Able to work well with a crew and follow directions Construction or underground utility experience is preferred, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who wants to work and learn a trade . This is a good opportunity for someone interested in underground construction, directional drilling, excavation, and equipment operation. There is room to learn more skills and take on additional responsibility as you gain experience.
