Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and become an essential part of bringing building projects to life! Responsibilities Assist in the setup, dismantling, and maintenance of formwork and scaffolding for concrete pouring and masonry work. Operate hand tools, power tools, and concrete mixers safely and efficiently to support various construction tasks. Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, unloading materials, and organizing supplies for easy access. Support rebar installation, concrete cutting, finishing, and pumping activities to ensure structural integrity. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to follow specifications accurately. Perform heavy lifting tasks and assist with roofing, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and restoration projects. Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Support carpentry, masonry, metal stud framing, plastering, caulking, and other trades as needed on-site. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a construction environment is preferred. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools is highly advantageous. Knowledge of finishing techniques, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings will help you excel in this role. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and working in various weather conditions is essential.
