Responsibilities Assist crews with daily job site tasks Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Clean and prepare work areas Operate hand and power tools safely Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Perform physical labor in various weather conditions Support construction, roofing, and maintenance projects as needed Qualifications Previous labor or construction experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from job sites Valid driver's license preferred
