  • Skilled Trades (Multiple Disciplines) Framing Trim Siding Millwork AHI Group is a spec home builder in Southwest Michigan. We build quality 3-bedroom, 2-bath, approximately 1,100 square foot homes priced under $240,000. We are growing and actively hiring skilled tradespeople across all major structural and finish disciplines. Open Positions (Full-Time) Framing Carpenters
  • Layout, wall and floor framing, roof systems, structural installation Trim Carpenters
  • Interior finish work, doors, base, casing, cabinets, and detail work Siding Installers
  • Exterior cladding, trim, weather barriers, and related exterior finish Millwork / Finish Carpenters
  • High-detail finish carpentry Roofing
  • Roof systems installation, underlayment, shingles, flashing, and related roofing work Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality work according to plans, specs, and company standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Collaborate with crew leaders and other trades to meet production schedules Follow all MIOSHA safety requirements and company safety protocols Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding materials, progress, and issues Requirements Proven experience in framing, trim, siding, or millwork preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Willingness to follow engineered plans and quality checklists Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check What We Offer Steady work on production homes in Southwest Michigan Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Opportunity for long-term growth with a growing builder Work on well-organized sites with clear expectations and quality standards
