Full-Time | Field Position Summary The Residential General Laborer supports the Site Supervisor and trade teams in the day-to-day operations of residential remodeling and renovation job sites. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, and serves as a key support resource across all phases of a project. Core Responsibilities Site Cleanliness & Organization Maintain job site cleanliness throughout all phases of the project, including sweeping, debris removal, and dust control Ensure common areas, work zones, and entryways remain clear and hazard-free at all times Site Protection Assist in the preparation and installation of site protection measures including floor coverings, wall protection, and containment barriers prior to and during demolition and construction phases Material & Waste Management Run materials, supplies, and equipment to trade teams and site supervisor as needed to keep work progressing efficiently Manage trash removal and disposal on-site, including loading and hauling debris as directed Documentation Record and maintain daily logs for each job site, noting site conditions, activities completed, and any notable observations Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in construction, remodeling, or a related field Ability to follow directions and work effectively under the supervision of a Site Supervisor Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by the role Reliable transportation and valid Michigan driver's license preferred Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
