Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vinyl Graphics Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality vinyl graphics and wraps to a variety of vehicles and surfaces, ensuring precise installation and a flawless finish. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces through thorough cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation to ensure optimal adhesion of vinyl graphics. Measure, cut, and align vinyl materials accurately using hand tools and measuring devices. Apply vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, and custom designs with precision using squeegees, heat guns, and other application tools. Utilize power tools such as grinders and sanders for surface smoothing and auto body refinishing tasks as needed. Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including auto glass installation, buffing, polishing, and minor auto body repairs to support overall vehicle presentation. Operate spray guns for painting or coating applications when required for custom finishes or touch-ups. Follow safety protocols by using respiratory protection and proper PPE during all phases of installation and surface preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects while maintaining a clean workspace. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive shop experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and spray guns. Familiarity with automotive surface preparation techniques including masking, sanding, buffing, and auto restoration processes. Knowledge of automotive paints, coatings, airless paint spraying equipment, and auto body refinishing methods. Experience with auto glass installation or repair is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering professional results that exceed expectations. Mechanic experience or welding skills are advantageous for supporting various vehicle customization projects.
