Responsibilities:

• Assist with various construction tasks such as building, framing, and concrete finishing
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the job site
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Experience in frame carpentry, drywall installation, or hardscape is preferred
• Proficient in blueprint reading and construction estimating
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
