Duties Assist with demolition and site preparation Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment safely across job sites Operate power tools and basic equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance Support the installation of safety features in accordance with OSHA safety standards and workplace safety regulations Help with equipment repair and maintenance to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition Follow all safety regulations diligently, including wearing respiratory protection and climbing safely on structures when needed Skills Basic mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment and tools Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards implementation Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and working in various weather conditions Familiarity with respiratory protection gear and safety procedures on active sites Effective communication skills for teamwork and following detailed instructions Must have valid driver's license Experience with Buildertrend is a plus This entry-level position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop a solid foundation in construction.
