Landscape Construction Crew Leader Landscape Construction and Enhancement Team Members complete landscape installation and construction projects. The Crew Leader role is a hands-on position, which allows full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field. Crew Leaders are also responsible for preparing equipment, directing, and developing.
