This is a hands-on position working on a variety of projects including pole buildings, remodeling, framing, and sheet metal work. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and working outdoors in a team-oriented environment.

• 22/hour DOQ Monday-Friday Occasional weekends may be required to finish projects Position Overview As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with building and remodeling projects while supporting the crew with a variety of general labor tasks.

This role requires someone who is comfortable using hand and power tools, working at heights, and performing physically demanding work in changing conditions. A driver's license is preferred, but transportation may be available for candidates living in Hibbing. Key Responsibilities Assist with the construction of pole buildings and remodeling projects Perform framing and sheet metal work as directed Read and use a tape measure accurately Safely operate basic hand and power tools Work from ladders and scissor lifts when needed Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Construction or labor experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to accurately read a tape measure Comfortable using hand and power tools Comfortable working at heights, including ladders and scissor lifts Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable and able to work as part of a team Driver's license preferred Safety & Equipment Our client provides: Hard hats Safety glasses Steel toe boots are not required but are strongly recommended.
