Commercial Construction Labor Superintendent

What You'll Do As a Labor Superintendent, you'll lead and manage crews on a variety of commercial construction projects, ensuring the timely, safe, and successful completion of our self-performing commercial projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Interpret blueprints and plan daily on-site work
• Manage carpentry and demolition crews, as well as subcontractors
• Ensure on-site safety protocols are followed
• Maintain daily logs of completed work and next steps
• Coordinate delivery and use of equipment and materials

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, plan, and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Clean driving record
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job
