Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to ensure demolition aligns with project specifications. Support installation tasks including window installation, door hanging, cabinet installation, and drywall finishing. Operate heavy equipment safely for site clearing and material handling during demolition projects. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements. Assist with restoration tasks such as masonry work, plastering, caulking, painting, and hardscape construction to prepare sites for new builds or renovations. Skills Proven construction site experience with knowledge of building construction processes and safety protocols. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation for demolition and installation tasks. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans. Experience in various trades including carpentry (trim carpentry), masonry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry restoration. Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating and inspection procedures. Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong understanding of building materials installation such as stucco, caulking, plastering, and hardscaping projects.
