Commercial Flooring Installer

• Soundmat Installer Team Member
• Minneapolis, MN 55432 The soundmat team member is responsible for installing soundmat and preparing the floor to receive gypsum concrete in new and existing commercial buildings.

No prior experience necessary. We will train to become certified/skilled at each position as assigned. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in all types of weather conditions. Must use proper lifting techniques to avoid injury. Will train on the steps to prepare a floor to receive gypsum concrete. Must be a quality and detail-oriented individual. Must be able to communicate effectively with all crew members. Troubleshoots common problems that may occur. Other duties as assigned. Opportunities for advancement within the company. Required skills, experience and talents: Must be 18 years of age or older Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required. Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times. Knowledge of finishing gypsum or concrete is preferred but not required.
