Family coverage options are also available. What You'll Do As a Laborer/Manufacturer, you will help produce high-quality precast concrete products in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is an onsite, indoor position where teamwork, safety, quality, and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities may include:

Preparing forms and materials for concrete production Assisting with the pouring, finishing, and handling of precast concrete products Using tools and equipment safely Inspecting products for quality Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following established production procedures and safety requirements Assisting team members as needed to meet production goals Qualifications Qualified candidates must be able to: Lift up to 90 pounds Stand and perform physical work for extended periods Follow instructions and established safety procedures Work effectively as part of a team Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality Work overtime when required based on company needs If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to build a career with a stable company, we would love to meet you!
