Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers in compliance with workplace safety regulations Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials Support carpenters, masons, and other trades by handling materials like rebar, formwork, drywall, and flooring components Mix and pour concrete using concrete mixers and pumps; perform finishing work such as smoothing surfaces and applying sealants or caulking Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans Install structural elements including framing, roofing, stucco, masonry units, and trim carpentry components Perform heavy lifting and assist with the operation of heavy equipment when necessary while adhering to safety protocols for all machinery use Requirements Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating processes are advantageous Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete cutting equipment, and concrete finishing techniques Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is a plus but not required Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Join us as a Construction Laborer where your hands-on skills will help build lasting structures while advancing your career in the vibrant world of construction.
