Our work takes us to industrial facilities throughout the 5 state area, where you'll work alongside an experienced team performing specialized industrial construction and maintenance work. We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in industrial construction, heavy labor, or a related trade Reliable and takes pride in showing up and doing the job right Safety-minded and willing to follow established safety procedures Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision Comfortable working in physically demanding environments Able to work on their feet for extended periods Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. Comfortable working in challenging industrial environments, including heat, heights and confined spaces Detail-oriented and committed to quality work A problem solver who can think on their feet Able to read and complete basic checklists, forms and job documentation Willing and able to travel and stay overnight as required Able to pass a respirator fit test

What You'll Do:

Depending on experience and ability, you'll work as part of an industrial construction team performing tasks such as: General industrial construction and labor Scaffolding and material handling Refractory work Equipment operation Welding and fabrication Demolition and removal work Loading, unloading and transporting materials Maintaining a clean and organized job site Following project specifications and quality requirements Working safely in industrial environments Troubleshooting problems and finding practical solutions Working independently as well as part of a team Experience with concrete finishing, welding, scaffolding, equipment operation, refractory work or other industrial trades is a strong plus.
