Who We Are:
Master Trade Services, Inc. (MTS) was established in 1981 for the purpose of providing trade support to the property management industry. Today, MTS provides a wide range of repair, disaster restoration, and construction service coverage throughout Minnesota, with a concentration in Central and Southern, MN.
What We're Looking For:
Master Trade Services is seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in residential maintenance, carpentry, and repair work.
Job Responsibilities:
(Including but not limited to) Complete carpentry projects and general construction tasks. Perform maintenance and repair work in multi-family properties and single-family homes. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
Requirements:
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate): High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of maintenance, carpentry, or construction experience. Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
