Job Description

Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Operator/Laborer to join our masonry and concrete construction team. This position operates jobsite equipment, keeps masons supplied, maintains equipment, and helps keep jobsites safe, clean, and productive. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, skid steers, Lulls, and other jobsite equipment. Safely move and supply masonry materials. Mix and maintain an adequate supply of mortar. Set up, stock, clean, and maintain jobsites. Clean, grease, and perform routine maintenance on equipment. Assist masonry and concrete crews as needed. Assist with material handling, scaffolding, cleanup, concrete work, and other general labor. Follow all safety policies and communicate unsafe conditions to the Foreman. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Valid driver's license. Current forklift certification. Experience in Masonry preferred. Experience working on scaffolding preferred. Construction or equipment operating experience preferred. Ability to lift 75-100 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and perform physical work for extended periods. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Good communication and teamwork skills. Work Environment Work is primarily outdoors at various construction sites and may involve dust, noise, hot/cold weather, rain, ground-level work, and elevated heights. Start times may vary, and occasional weekend work may be required. Employees must provide their own transportation to the jobsite.
