Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Clean-Up Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general clean-up of construction sites, including removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials. Assist in loading and unloading construction materials and equipment. Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Report any safety hazards or issues to the site supervisor. Work collaboratively with construction crews to support ongoing projects.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Branson, MO. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary. Previous experience in construction or labor work is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
