We work on a variety of interior and exterior home remodeling projects, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team committed to quality craftsmanship. What You'll Do Assist with interior and exterior residential remodeling projects Perform general construction and labor duties as directed Help with demolition, cleanup, material handling, installation, and job-site preparation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Communicate professionally with team members, homeowners, and subcontractors Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet Heartland Homes Remodeling & Roofing quality standards What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable — shows up on time and ready to work Hardworking and motivated with a willingness to learn Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work Good communication skills and a positive attitude Polite and respectful when interacting with homeowners and coworkers Willingness to ask questions rather than guess Able to follow directions and work well as part of a team Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality Previous construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person At Heartland Homes Remodeling & Roofing, we're committed to providing homeowners with quality work, efficient service, attention to detail, and a professional experience from start to finish.
