This is high-end custom home and renovation work, so we need a hard worker who shows up every day and stays professional when the homeowner is standing three feet away.

You are reliable, meaning you are on site every scheduled day, on time, ready to work. You are a hard worker who keeps moving through a full day of physical labor and finishes what you start. You are professional in front of luxury clients, and you treat their home, their street, and their neighbors with respect. You take pride in leaving a site cleaner and better organized than you found it. You bring one or more years of residential construction or general labor experience. You bring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. You bring the strength to lift 75 lbs, stand for long stretches, and work in all weather, plus comfort with basic hand and power tools.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Prepare and clean job sites. Load, unload, and move materials and tools. Operate hand and power tools safely. Perform light framing, drywall, siding, and basic carpentry or repair work. Support trades and project managers on daily field work. Wear company gear and represent Mahn Custom Homes on every site.
