The Main Work:
Primarily residential and commercial roofing and siding installations, alongside general construction labor.
Experience:
Experience in roofing, siding, or general carpentry.
Hours & Schedule Current Status:
Hours are flexible and irregular to start. We need a strong crew to help us smash through our current backlog of booked projects.
The Goal:

Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade such as carpentry or masonry is preferred but not required Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic heavy equipment safely and effectively Understanding of construction safety regulations and protocols to ensure compliance at all times Experience with roofing, caulking, plastering, framing (including metal stud framing), renovation work or restoration projects is beneficial Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions; ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
