Pay:
Varies by experience and job type (Prevailing wage paid on applicable jobs) About Us Holy Schmitt Construction is a rapidly growing general contracting company specializing in high-quality roofing, siding, and renovations. Because of a massive surge in workload, we are looking to expand our crew immediately. We are a young, ambitious company with a massive vision for the future. What We Are Looking For We are hiring for multiple positions, ranging from General Laborers to Experienced Installers .
The Main Work:
Primarily residential and commercial roofing and siding installations, alongside general construction labor.
Experience:
Experience in roofing, siding, or general carpentry.
Hours & Schedule Current Status:
Hours are flexible and irregular to start. We need a strong crew to help us smash through our current backlog of booked projects.
The Goal:
As soon as we get the right team in place to handle production, ownership will transition to booking consistent, back-to-back projects. Our goal is to transition this crew to dependable, full-time hours in the very near future. What's In It For You?

Requirements Reliable transportation to get to the shop or job sites. A strong, dependable work ethic—you show up on time and ready to work. Ability to handle the physical demands of construction (lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, working on roofs). A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade such as carpentry or masonry is preferred but not required Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic heavy equipment safely and effectively Understanding of construction safety regulations and protocols to ensure compliance at all times Experience with roofing, caulking, plastering, framing (including metal stud framing), renovation work or restoration projects is beneficial Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions; ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
