Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a General Construction Worker and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, contributing directly to building, remodeling, and installing essential structures. As a key team member, you'll engage in hands-on tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Whether you're experienced in building construction or eager to develop new skills, this position provides a platform for growth and impactful work. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials, including flooring, tile, cabinetry, masonry, and trim carpentry to ensure high-quality finishes. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support various construction activities. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to execute tasks accurately according to specifications. Perform outdoor work such as concrete forming, hardscape installation, masonry work, and window or door installation across multiple construction sites. Support plumbing and electrical tasks under supervision, ensuring proper installation and adherence to safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized job site by managing materials, tools, and debris while following all safety protocols diligently. Requirements Take and pass tape measure assessment. Prior construction experience or background in building construction, remodeling, or related fields. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is essential. Experience with specific skills such as caulking, fabrication, plastering, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, window installation, cabinetry setup, or electrical work is a plus. Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols on active job sites. Outdoor work experience across various weather conditions is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. We have multiple opportunities available!!!
