Job Description

Overview Our company is looking for a dependable construction laborers and framers to join our growing new build team. In this role, you will be a key player in building the structural skeletons of our new construction projects from the ground up. If you are a hard worker who takes pride in seeing a building come together, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do (Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;)
Build Frameworks:
Lay out, cut, and assemble subfloors, wall studs, framing, ceiling joists, and roof trusses.
Read Blueprints:
Interpret architectural plans to ensure accurate structural dimensions and layouts.
Install Key Elements:
Fit and secure exterior sheathing, doors, and windows. Support the
Site:
Help load/unload materials, set up scaffolding, and maintain a clean, hazard-free job site.
Work Safely:
Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety standards at all times. What We're Looking For (Qualifications Preferred)
Experience:
1+ years of experience in rough carpentry, framing, or general construction labor preferred.
Tool Skills:
Proficient with reading a tape measurer, using pneumatic nail guns, circular saws, framing squares, and standard hand tools.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and endure outdoor weather conditions.
Reliability:
Must have reliable transportation to commute to rotating local job sites. Pay is based on experience. Embark on a rewarding career where your skills help shape peoples dreams!
