Role & Requirements General Construction Labor:

Operate tools, dig, install piers, level foundations, perform waterproofing, and execute job-site tasks efficiently.

English Fluency:

Required to ensure clear safety and operational communication on site. (Bilingual Spanish/English skills are encouraged!)

Driver's License:

Valid Driver's License (Required).

Experience:

3+ years in construction labor, landscaping, concrete, or heavy labor (Required).

Work Ethic:

Punctual, physically fit for heavy construction work, reliable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Smart Foundation Repair Team Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
