Job Description
In this role you will oversee the Royal Noodle Bar team. This is a working chef role and this venue is open late night hours in the fun and excitement of the casino floor. This is an open concept kitchen with regular interaction with our guests. Venue is open 7 days a week and typical hours may be 4p-12:30a. or 5p-1:30a 5 day work week typically. Proven leadership of a team This position requires a Missouri Gaming License and during your onboarding we will explain what this includes at the time of an offer. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the noodle bar, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. Manage inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Lead and train kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food safety practices. Collaborate with the management team to enhance menu offerings and customer experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment. Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and leadership. Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen management will be essential in maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
