Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts; occasional weekend overtime Job Summary Streamline Graphics is a Kansas City print and graphics company looking for an experienced vinyl wrap installer who can handle complex vehicle wraps with competent, high-quality results. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who has done this work, does it well, and takes pride in the craft. We are offering $22 to $28 per hour based on experience, certifications, and leadership capability. What You Will Do Install vinyl graphics to vehicles, walls, floors, windows, signs, and other surfaces. Clean, bubble-free, wrinkle-free work every time. Complete projects to exact specifications and detail. Prep vehicles and surfaces for installation. Support production with vinyl finishing work as needed: weeding, premasking, or prepaneling graphics prior to installation. Work under customer-driven deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Organize your install workflow:

know what is coming up, understand priorities and deadlines, and manage your daily work accordingly. Request install supplies as needed (purchasing is handled by management). Keep the production and installation areas clean and organized. Maintain accurate electronic and paper job records. Work collaboratively with other installers. This is a team environment, not a solo operation. Share knowledge and help develop less experienced installers. Self-supervise your daily work without needing constant direction. If you also bring leadership experience (higher pay): Lead and coordinate the install team. Help set the standard for quality and workflow across the install team.

What We Are Looking For Required:

2+ years of vehicle wrap experience. You should be competent handling full wraps including surface prep, heat guns, knifeless tape, and working from design files. Driver's license with a clean driving record. Good manual dexterity and fine motor control. Sharp attention to detail. Ability to stand and work throughout an 8-hour shift. Ability to work on an 8-foot ladder. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Team-oriented attitude. You genuinely enjoy working with others and contributing to a team. This is not a solo operator position. Willingness to train and share knowledge with less experienced installers. Self-supervising. You manage your own work without needing someone standing over you. Professional, positive attitude. We protect our culture and we are selective about who joins the team. Excellent communication skills. Ability to pass a post-offer background check and physical. Preferred (not required, but commands higher pay): 5+ years of vehicle wrap experience. 3M, Avery, or other manufacturer installation certification. Certified installers receive the highest pay rates. Experience leading or supervising an install team. Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor other installers.
