This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is comfortable with physical work, working outdoors, and learning the plumbing trade. Responsibilities Assist plumbers with service, repair, and installation projects Dig trenches and excavate for water and sewer lines Break and remove concrete for underground plumbing repairs Carry, load, and unload plumbing materials and equipment Help install PVC, copper, cast iron, and other piping Remove old piping, fixtures, and job-site debris Perform basic demolition and job-site preparation Backfill trenches and assist with concrete preparation and cleanup Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized Follow company procedures and all job-site safety requirements Perform other duties as directed by the plumber or supervisor Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in basements, crawl spaces, and trenches Dependable and able to show up on time Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work well as part of a team Construction or plumbing experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We want someone who works hard, has a good attitude, takes pride in their work, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow in the plumbing industry.
